Bhandarpule Beach is located between two mountain peaks. It has large seashore of Bhandarpule. The beach is stretches for 2 km and the seaside at Bhandarpule is lined with suru trees. The brilliant bluish green hue of the sea is marvelous. The beach at Bhandarpule is preety calm and less crowded than Ganpatipule. However the sea here is rough and not advisable for swimming. One can get a beautiful view of Ganpatipule Beach and Bhandarpule Beach from the top of the hill before descending to Bhandarpule. Bijapurkar built the fort of Jahangad, which was built on the bank of the Shastri river in Ratnagiri district. This fort is built on the high hill in the village of Jaigad, on the Arabian Sea coast. This location should be important for the area of focus on the marine area. The three sides are surrounded by sea water. The fort can be reached from the southern Dindi and west thieves of the fort. The 12-acre area is spread over the area and is still in strong condition. The fort is built in the fortresses of the fort. Balakilvad is the main gate. Jai Vinayak Temple of Ganapati is a newly built temple situated near Kachare village in Ratnagiri. It is 6km away from jaigad fort. The temple is surrounded with the clean and beautifully maintained Garden with flowers and trees. The fresh air and cool environment over there is a relaxing for all the tourists who visit this temple. The temple is built in unique style which is called as Pagoda style of architecture having three layers of roof. The main Ganesh idol is made of brass and craving with a expression of idol. Hedvi is more known for the Dashabhuja Ganpati temple which is located on the main Guhagar – Tavsal road a small hill top . Hedvi beach is locared about two kilometers from the Dashabhuja Ganpati temple. Bahman ghal is a small sevtion of the rocky stretch of the beach where a gorge has formed due to continous gradation of the rocks. Its is nice place for geologists. The temple is Carved in white stone beleived to be from the Kashmir region the idol is 3 feet high with ten hands, hence the name is given as “Dasbhuja Ganpati”. the entire area is well maintained with good roads till the temple And temple is tiled surroundings.

This is one of the most prominent and cleanest beaches in the entire Konkan. This beach is famous for its location and also the peaceful surroundings. The beach has humid climate and throughout the type sea waves are normal throughout the year and this is the type of ideal beach for swimming and sunbathing.
